Welcome to the grounding Hetken rauha treatments! I combine classic Swedish massage techniques and gentle presence. Additional services can be added to the treatments: hot stones and/or essential oils or dry cupping therapy.
At the beginning of the treatment, I’ll interview you and hear your wishes and needs. Based on our conversation I suggest you the massage treatment plan. Therefore every treatment is always individual.
Hetken rauha is located at Kamppi, Helsinki city center. Address: Annankatu 31-33 D 57 (4th floor), 00100 Helsinki. The space is shared with Heidi’s Osteopathy.

Acceptable payment methods are credit/debit card payment, MobilePay or employer welfare benefits (hyvinvointietu) from Edenred, Smartum or ePassi.

Valvira registered massage therapist
I am a Valvira registered massage therapist. This means that I am writing patient logs and I am obligated to follow the trained methods of registered massage therapist (incl. interview, making findings / possible muscle and joint tests, agreeing a treatment plan and end discussion with the customer). Therefore my massage service VAT is 0% based on article 3 of value added tax law. Hot stones and dry cupping as well as extra services are under VAT 25,5%.
